The DLSL Operations, Bangon Batangas! Project, is an advocacy supporting the local/provincial efforts of building temporary welcome shelters for displaced families affected by the eruption of Taal Volcano. Through the continuous collaboration & partnership between De La Salle Lipa and the City of Lipa, Batangas, a symbolic manual entitled " De La Salle Lipa Welcome Shelters Planning & Operations Manual" has been and continuously curated to aid the local government in planning & implementing shelters/adaptive resilience planning and operations in times of calamities. This collaboration is anchored on the school's strategic direction of Embracing Shared Humanity and Championing Social Inclusion and Justice Initiatives.

A brief description of how the institution engages in public policy advocacy for sustainability at the state/provincial/regional level:

The De La Salle Lipa, through its Executive Office, sits and sends representatives to the Batangas Provincial Development Council, Sectoral Committee on Infrastructure Development, whereby the school supports and participates in the collaboration and recommendations regarding various provincial wide infrastructure projects, specifically on regional Department of Education school renovation and construction as well as various access roads constructions.
