DLSL Workplace Happiness Survey - a survey conducted online to Lasallian Partners about work happiness.


A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:

With the implementation of the new salary scale, the employees were able to receive corresponding salary adjustments based on their performance as reflected by their evaluation. Also, the professional development of employees in terms of pieces of training and seminars attended were also considered in the salary adjustment. Earned units in graduate programs and licensure have corresponding increases in the salary grade with monetary adjustment also.

Out of 700 Lasallian Partners (full-time and part-time, both academic & non-academic), only 193 or 27.6% of the total population responded.

For the benefits provided by the organization as useful, 85% answered Always True while only 1.04% or 2 partners answered rarely true, which means that Lasallian Partners find the benefits provided by the school useful.

Note: The survey was conducted before the implementation of the new Salary Scale. The new salary scale was implemented in October 2017 while the survey was conducted in February 2017. The same survey will be done in August 2018.
