A brief description of the plan:
A comprehensive site analysis of where racks are located and where future bicycle racks will be installed on campus has been conducted. This included a thorough analysis of locations, design quality and capacity to ensure adequate service for cyclists. Commuter Habit surveys also helps assess needs and opinions of staff, faculty and student to constantly improve bicycle status on both campuses.
