Does the institution have a bicycle-sharing program or participate in a local bicycle-sharing program?:
Yes

A brief description of the bicycle sharing program:

BIXI Montreal: ÉTS offers a 10% discount on the annual or monthly subscription to all its students and employees. In addition, two multi-user BIXI keys are available for ÉTS employees for their professional travel. ÉTS also collaborates annually with BIXI to help them deploy their stations on campus.

""BIXI Montreal is a non-profit organization created in 2014 by the City of Montreal to manage the bike-sharing system in Montreal. The network includes more than 9,000 bikes and 680 stations on the Montreal territory, as well as in Laval, Longueuil, Westmount, Town of Mount Royal and Montreal East. Much more than a simple mode of transportation, BIXI is now a fabulous shortcut that allows you to move freely around the city wherever and whenever you want to go, wherever inspiration and/or duty takes you."" - https://bixi.com/fr/qui-sommes-nous

Yes

A brief description of the electric vehicle recharging stations:

ÉTS has 46 Level 2 charging stations available to its employees and students. They are located in the parking lots of Pavilions A, B and E.
The stations were purchased from a local company named Elmec (Shawinigan, Qc). A first phase of 21 bollards were purchased in 2015. This was the EVduty-40 model (level 2). The 25 more recent bollards are new Level 2 smart bollard models offering management and charge sharing options (EVduty Smart Pro). In addition, these new models involve less energy-intensive infrastructure deployment and offer the ability to set maximum charging capacity.
