Volunteer hours have been accumulated by students involved in social-community groups. These groups are the following:
PRECI: "a group of student volunteers from the École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS) who want to combine their passion for adventure and their openness to the world in order to have a positive and lasting impact on a community in great need."

Engineers Without Borders: their mission is "to improve the living conditions of less fortunate communities through sustainable engineering, by uniting the experience of engineers and the will to act of Quebec's next generation of engineers."

Les Ingénieuses: "to promote, through social activities, the establishment of a network of exchange and contacts between future engineers of all specialties. By extension, our club aims to support and motivate female students in their academic career and their future career in the engineering field. Finally, it aims to nurture young girls' interest in science and careers in applied sciences."

ETSpéranto: "student group with a social and community character. Its mission is to animate student life at ÉTS."

SerresÉTS: "to design, implement and operate an experimental energy-efficient greenhouse on the ÉTS campus while developing greenhouse technologies and promoting urban agriculture by freely sharing the expertise developed."
