The pavilion E (Student house) is currently under LEED certification process so we don't know yet wich level of certification we will obtain.
Steps taken during the process to obtain LEED certification for the pavilion E :
- LEED project management at CBDCa;
- Integration of sustainable development principles;
- Technical and financial analysis of the project;
- Coordination of different teams involved;
- Identification of the owner's requirements;
- Analysis of design principles;
- Preparation of commissioning sheets;
- Improved commissioning process;
- Indoor Air Quality Complaint Management Plan;
- Monitoring and verification plan in accordance with international protocol
for measuring and verifying energy performance;
- Support and validation of documentation for depositary to the
CBDCa
