We have a number of channels for employees to provide feedback

non-exempt staff who manage a feedback system/suggestion box; and who are included as a socializing and sounding board for relevant policy review and input; and more.
 HR Roundtable – a forum for managers who are direct reports to the President
and his cabinet members. This group is a resource tor communicating and sharing
ideas; reviewing and providing feedback on policies; sharing information to direct
and indirect reports in a more consistent manner, etc.
 University Staff Forum – a monthly meeting open to faculty and staff for
information sharing, presentations, introduction of new staff and more
