Has the institution implemented a campus-wide inventory system to facilitate the reuse of laboratory chemicals?:
A brief description of the program:
LSU encourages the borrowing and sharing of chemicals between labs. Reusable chemicals are collected by EHS and brought to the central accumulation area for evaluation and segregation. A current list of available chemicals is available on the website. The Chemical Inventory System is utilized to share available inventory for large lab cleanouts.
