In the Specialty in Energy Law (EDE) you will learn to analyze matters related to the different activities in energy matters through conceptual and practical bases.
You will be able to assess and reflect on the legal problems and the obligations of entrepreneurs in environmental matters, and you will know the negotiation tools so that you can achieve satisfactory agreements for the parties.
Through theoretical-practical learning, you will be able to fully train as a specialist and you will master matters concerning the understanding and interpretation of the legal framework in energy matters. In the same way, you will develop the ability to solve problems of a legal nature in the national energy sector, for the benefit of the State and society, with a sense of ethics and responsibility.
