A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:

"UDEM INSPIRA" Previously named "Inducción Institucional" is the Employee Orientation Event that is hosted by Human Resources Area twice a year. It has the objetive to communicate and promote the essence of our University to all recently joined collaborators.
It is held at the beginning of each semester and those who entered in the previous semester are invited. During this orientations multiple sessions are prepare for attendees where they can learn about the different projects and activities where they can participate as employees. Somo of the topics discussed in these sesiones are Wellness, Gender Equity, Environmental conservation, Community Participation among others.

New employees are invited to these orientation sessions according to their starting date. Information is available for professors and staff members through the internal communication channels. This event is a great opportunity for everyone (new employees and employees) to know each others, share their projects and experiences and create partnerships for the future.
