The University of Alberta's boundary for the STARS report includes four campuses over which we have full operational control - North Campus, South Campus, Campus Saint-Jean, and Augustana Campus. Buildings owned by third-party tenants are not included. North Campus houses the majority of UAlberta's population and buildings which include:
- approximately 90 per cent of our gross building space (15 million square feet)
- about 96 per cent of our student population (over 38,000 students)
- around 97 per cent of our faculty and staff population (nearly 15,000 employees).
