Does the institution have indoor and secure bike storage, shower facilities, and lockers for bicycle commuters in at least one building?:
No

A brief description of the facilities:

The University of Alberta has a secure bicycle lock-up cage located in the Education Car park. Users may purchase monthly or yearly permits from Parking Services at a cost of $10 per month. Shower facilities and lockers are located next door in the Van Vilet Centre available to all full-time students, faculty and staff who hold a valid ONEcard (the University of Alberta’s identification card). These lockers may be used free daily or may be rented for a nominal fee.

The University of Alberta is currently in the design phase of the Physical Activity and Wellness Centre (PAW Centre) set to open in 2013. In discussion are plans to include a new and improved space for the Sustain SU Bike Library, secure indoor bike storage, as well as brand new shower and locker facilities.
