Does the institution have policies and/or guidelines in place to improve outdoor air quality and minimize air pollutant emissions from mobile sources on campus?:
No

A brief description of the policies and/or guidelines to improve outdoor air quality and minimize air pollutant emissions from mobile sources:
---

Has the institution completed an inventory of significant air emissions from stationary campus sources or else verified that no such emissions are produced?:
Yes

Weight of the following categories of air emissions from stationary sources::
Weight of Emissions
Nitrogen oxides (NOx) 29.38 Tons
Sulfur oxides (SOx) 1.67 Tons
Carbon monoxide (CO) 0.73 Tons
Particulate matter (PM) 0.73 Tons
Ozone (O3) ---
Lead (Pb) 0.00 Tons
Hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) 10 Tons
Ozone-depleting compounds (ODCs) 0 Tons
Other standard categories of air emissions identified in permits and/or regulations ---

A brief description of the methodology(ies) the institution used to complete its air emissions inventory:

A senior scientist at GEL Engineerings calculates air emissions based on AP-42 factors for each scfm of natural gas and for each gallon of No. 2 ultra-low sulfur diesel we must burn during periods of natural gas curtailment.  These emissions are reported to SCDHEC every 6 months.
The requirements for the current Title V Air Operating Permit are kept by the Environmental Compliance Officer and referred to when any questions arise.
