A brief description of the on-site renewable electricity generating facilities/devices:

Detailed design was completed in May 2019 and construction continued until spring 2020. Among other things, the project included the installation of a 36.7 kW photovoltaic generator on the south-west facing sloping roof of the Coeur des Sciences (CO) building, composed of 98 solar panels (375 watts of Stace) coupled with 49 Solar Edge power optimizers and a Solar Edge AC inverter. Three solar thermal technologies are integrated into the project and differ in their complexity, appearance and cost.

La conception détaillée s’est terminée en mai 2019 et la construction s’est échelonnée jusqu’au printemps 2020. Le projet visait, entre autres, l’installation d’un générateur photovoltaïque de 36,7 kW sur le toit incliné orienté sud-ouest du bâtiment Coeur des Sciences (CO), composé de 98 panneaux solaires (375 watts de Stace) couplés à 49 optimiseurs de puissance Solar Edge et un onduleur AC Solar Edge. Trois technologies solaires thermiques sont intégrées au projet et diffèrent par leur complexité, apparence et coûts.
