Housekeeping service : The Roy Maintenance team takes care of maintaining all UQAM spaces (floors, washrooms, classrooms, etc.).

security guard service : The Guarda team takes care of ensuring the first line in terms of security at UQAM (first aid, guarding of the premises, etc.).

Some clerik employees do receive the lowest pay grade of our collective agreement, The minimum total compensation provided to the institution’s lowest pay grade (regular employee) is equivalent to:

- 19,96$CAD/h + 4,75$CAD/h (benefits = pension and insurance plan which is equivalent to 23,79% of salary)

Total compensation = 24,71$CAD/h
