A brief description of the event(s):
The Office of Sustainable Energy and Environmental Engagement (OSE3) hosts several sustainability events that are open to students. OSE3 hosts and coordinates a city-wide Earth Day Celebration each year. Rolla Earth Day is a community-wide event to showcase sustainable businesses in the area and new ideas. OSE3 works in collaboration with Eco Miners, a Missouri S&T student organization dedicated to sustainability, to host events such as Recycle Mania and Earth Hour. In October 2012, OSE3 will host a Campus Sustainability Week, a week-long event dedicated to sustainable choices.
