Missouri University of Science and Technology provides sustainable wages to all employees by ensuring that minimum wage is paid as required by federal and state law, i.e. $7.25/hr., as well as adhering to all legally mandated requirements for the payment of overtime premiums. The current lowest salary paid to our full time employees is $8.00/hr., plus available employee benefit package including medical, dental and vision options.
