A brief description of the employee wellness program, policy, or practice:

The University of Missouri offers a system wide employee wellness program that provides many resources and services to employees. The Wellness program includes programs such as Healthy For Life, a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program, Million Steps Pedometer and 500-Mile Odometer Programs, Weight Watchers at Work and Eat for Life. Missouri S&T provides Wellness Fairs and workshops throughout the year.
