Only major renovations/construction from 2016-2021 was UPMC Cooper Field House and it does not fall under any green building code. There was also the demolition of the LifeWorks building, which will be the future College of Osteopathic Medicine (COM) building. However, this is a demolition and won't count under "Total floor area of newly constructed or renovated building space" until the building is finished in spring 2024 and any possible certifications are established.
