Does the institution administer a graduation pledge through which students pledge to consider social and environmental responsibility in future job and other decisions?:
Yes

A brief description of the graduation pledge program:

In 2014, Virginia Tech joined the Graduation Pledge Alliance. The pledge states: “I pledge to explore and take into account the social and environmental consequences of any job I consider and will try to improve these aspects of any organizations for which I work.”

Any graduating student can sign the pledge and receive a green cord at no cost to be worn on graduation.
