Yes
A brief description of how the institution meets the criteria:
The university maintains an active program to identify and assist small, woman-owned, and minority-owned businesses who seek to do business with us. We have a dedicated, full-time manager assigned to perform outreach and training. We code diversity suppliers into our financial data base for ease of recognition by the campus community. Further, we establish performance goals and publish quarterly reports on our performance. In the last fiscal year, 30.5% of all expenditures for goods, services and capital construction were placed with certified diverse firms.
