PAE-12: Employee Satisfaction Evaluation
|2.00 / 2.00||
STARS Graduate Assistant
Does the institution evaluate employee satisfaction in a way that meets the criteria for this credit?:
A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction:
The Applied Research Center does an employee satisfaction survey, typically every three years. The survey instrument has changed over time. It was initially a morale survey, then a job engagement survey, and in 2011 a campus climate survey. 2011 was the most recent survey and it was administered electronically to all faculty, staff and students. In 2014, employee satisfaction will be measured with a combined campus climate and job engagement survey. Survey results are posted on the information portal.
