Sustainability is discussed in the Multicultural Foods course.

In addition, two new courses offered this fall will discuss eco-positive food choices. They are titled Farm to Fork and Ethical Issues in Nutrition. These are both general education courses.

Our Food for Thought Film and Speaker Series dedicates a several films and speakers to the topic of sustainable food systems. These events are open to all students.
