Any employee working 20 or more hours per week for 90 days or more is offered employer-sponsored medical and dental insurance and is automatically enrolled in $15,000 of life insurance. After 20 weeks, employees must enroll in mandatory retirement plans and receive long-term disability insurance, after 6 months they receive full benefits, as described above.
