A brief description of the metering system:
Mansfield has Digital Energy Monitors (DEM) operating in three large buildings (30% of total square footage) that monitor building electric, natural gas and water. These are tied into the Siemens 600 System. Current Campus Energy Management plan identifies the remaining 4 large buildings that require meters and addition to the system subject to available funding,
