Ohio State does not provide a transcript for community service hours. However, in some cases, a limited number of courses are considered “service learning” in which part of the curriculum and content of the course includes a concentration of service learning (community service) often including an opportunity to participate in specified projects. On an Ohio State transcript these are graded courses that appear with an “S” suffix after the course number.

The questions seem to be pointing toward something registrar and student life offices call a “co-curricular transcript” which includes any community service, multicultural, and leadership activities a student completes. The Office of Student Life and our office have talked about this option over the years but the university community has not yet made it a priority for either office to pursue.
