A brief description of the technology used:
Mansfield Campus Bromfield Hall has light sensors on all classrooms. The motion detectors are ceiling mounted vintage 1995 detectors that scan the room for movement. Sensitivity and timing adjustable for turning off the classroom lights when unoccupied. Low technology, but dependable and work well.
