A brief description of the sustainable investment policy:

The UWM Real Estate Foundation, who partners with the public and private sectors to develop and hold real estate for the benefit of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee builds to LEED Gold standings in both of its recent developments. Cambridge Commons, the most recent residence hall at UWM, and the Innovation Campus in western Milwaukee County are both LEED Gold and have had a deep display of community engagement.
