UWM has submitted building space data for fiscal year 2012 as its performance year for STARS. UWM adheres to Sustainable Facilities Standards maintained by the State of Wisconsin Department of State Facilities. Leased spaces are not included in this credit. However, buildings owned by the UWM Foundation are included as are all occupied, conditioned spaces (barns, sheds not included).
