A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction:

The University of South Florida (USF) 2010 Campus Climate Survey was designed to provide information about how well USF has achieved a campus climate that is as diverse, comfortable, and inclusive as possible. The survey gathered quantitative data from all full-time, Tampa-campus employees about their attitudes relative to diversity, equity, morale, safety, and inclusion, as well as about their experiences of non-inclusion, harassment, and/or discrimination. All full-time faculty, Administrative and Professional (A&P) employees, and staff (but not OPS employees) at the Tampa campus were administered the online survey by email. Faculty and staff who did not have email addresses at that time were sent questionnaires through the campus mail. HR Service Centers provide structure and develop work processes that:

Foster stronger partnerships with client groups
Meet the needs of the customer
Maintain system integrity
Provide extraordinary quality service
Improve client and employee satisfaction
Increase productivity
Provide greater flexibility in meeting shifting needs
As a strategic business partner, each Service Center serves specific colleges and areas, and provides assistance for all HR services, from helping a manager hire or appoint an employee to assisting employees with benefits and retirement questions. Please see:
