A brief description of the employee wellness program, policy, or practice:
A number of services are available to full-time faculty and staff free of charge at the Student Wellness Complex. Services include (but are not limited to) the Dr. Paul Shirley Assessment Center which offers immediate access to personal fitness and nutritional assessments, the Dottie Dorion Fitness Center and an indoor 1/8 mile track.
Wellness newsletters are also available for all employees at http://www.unf.edu/hr/benefits/Wellness_Resources.aspx.
