SUNY University at Buffalo's Center for Academic Development Services (CADS - http://cads.buffalo.edu/) is focused on enhancing the UB experience in many ways. The Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) is one of many divisions of CADS. There are many services available through UB's EOP which are designed to assist students from low-income backgrounds through higher education.
