A brief description of the incentives or programs:

The University at Buffalo Home Loan Guaranty Program, an initiative to encourage UB employees to purchase homes as a means of stabilizing neighborhoods around its South (Main Street) Campus.

UBF has increased the total funds available to guarantee home loans for university employees under the program from $1.5 million to $5 million. In addition, three new lending institutions have joined the program.
