We have a Diversity Council. The policy-making Board Chair is Mozella Garcia at Dona Ana Community College. This council recommends issues that support diversity in our hiring practices and activities to the President of the University. It is an active council and bylaws for the council are published.

Faculty, staff, students compose the Council; they present to the Provost on a regular basis.
