The university is committed to supporting the health and well being of our employees. To support this, the university provides employees with access to an Employee Assistance Program though Homewood Health Inc. to all eligible Full-time equivalent employees and their dependants. The EFAP counselling provides ongoing support on a shorter-term basis and there is no cap on the number of sessions. In addition, the university organizes Wellness Day once a year where faculty and staff attend a keynote presentation, participate in workshops and gather information from a variety of health & wellness organizations.
