A brief description of the policies and/or guidelines to improve outdoor air quality and minimize air pollutant emissions from mobile sources:
The College has a no idling policy for campus vehicles, and avoids using lawn mowers on designated air-quality days. The College went 'smoke free' in July 2015, leading up to that date, cigarette urns were moved 50 feet away from building entrances, smoking cessation classes were offered, and a public information campaign was conducted.
