The Sustainability Coordinator has been recruited by offices to provide relevant trainings and facilitate discussions with their staff. Facility Operations, Admissions, and Alumnae/i Affairs have all had the Sustainability Coordinator in to speak about the college's efforts for professional development.

When guest speakers are brought to campus for sustainability efforts, an effort is made to arrange for group meetings or meals before or after their campus lecture so that employees may learn first hand from experts in the field about topics connected with their day to day work.
