The University of Massachusetts offers ComPsych GuidanceResources as a provider of Employee Assistance services. GuidanceResources benefits provides employees and their dependents confidential support, resources and information for personal and work-life issues, Personal issues, planning for life events or simply managing daily life can affect work, health and family. GuidanceResources can help employees and their families deal with everyday challenges. These services are provided to employees and their dependents at no charge.
