UMass Transit Services, UMass Parking Services, and the Partnership for Worker Education (with assistance from campus sustainability professionals) presents an annual workshop on electric vehicles and the benefits and campus and state incentives for purchasing electric vehicles. Includes two hour session that provides an overview of electric vehicles and an opportunity to test drive electronic vehicles.

Staff regularly benefit from external professional development or training opportunities in sustainability, including the annual Massachusetts Sustainable Communities and Campuses Conference and regular attendance of AASHE conferences.
