A brief description of the program or practice:
Plants are selected based on the local climate for their survival. Varieties that are chosen need to be aesthetically pleasing for the surrounding existing environment and those that requiring minimal watering. Irrigation is done during the night time to provide the maximum benefit while minimizing water use during the hottest part of the day.
