Does the institution have a surplus department or formal office supplies exchange program that facilitates reuse of materials?:
A brief description of the program:
"• Surplus Sales are held weekly by Supply Chain Management for the campus community and public. Items typically include desks, chairs, filing cabinets, computers, monitors and peripherals, and audio visual equipment. University departments and faculties may at any time purchase any item for on campus use prior to the public weekly sale.
• Surplus give-away - Instead of throwing away surplus binders, IT supplies and more, the university is giving it away free of charge to students"
