A brief description of the plan:
The University's physical master plan's planning and design principles (2008) has an entire section devoted to campus accessibility, including the aim to "use transportation demand management strategies to reduce demand for parking and the need for single occupancy vehicles by promoting a range of viable commuting alternatives, including public transit, bicycling, walking, and carpooling."
