The University pays competitive salaries and benefits for all positions.
All full-time positions for employees hired for 1 year or more have 26.3% benefits value (health plans, paid sick leave plan, pension plan).

Concordia respects all Employment Legislation governing minimum wage and other terms and conditions of employment. In addition Concordia has 13 collective and other employment agreements. Salaries are paid in accordance with negotiated collective and other agreements. At least 86% of our non-casual employees including students are paid a minimum of living wage by the end of December 2020. This does not take into consideration other terms and conditions of employment (ex: vacation, statutory holidays, leaves, insured benefits and other benefits, etc).
