Concordia recently changed its cleaning services vendor and the information above is from the previous vendor (GDI). The annual expenditures on cleaning products is an estimate.
Please note that these annual expenditures were highly impacted by COVID-19. There is a significant variance compared to 2019-2020.
All figures above are before taxes.
It is stipulated in the cleaning and janitorial contract that all products used need to be made in Canada and need to be Green Seal, Ecologo or another type of environmental certification.
