The Office of Institutional Diversity and Chief Diversity Officer utilize survey results and feedback from campus constituents to report to the President's Diversity Review Committee. This committee consists of seven voting members and three non-voting members. These members issue reports and recommendations related to diversity, equity and inclusion. Campus-wide workplace and campus culture surveys are distributed regularly using the Modern Think Great Colleges to Work For survey instrument. Assessment results are shared on College, though you must have CofC credentials to view them. The presidents send out communication about when the are available for viewing and his team provides summaries of the results.
