We do annual reporting regarding our movement to a representative workforce and we measure portions of this through our Biannual Employee Engagement Survey. The next survey is scheduled for February, 2015.

The Executive Lead, Indigenization is working with Deans and faculty to develop Indigenous educational and research opportunities and adapt educational programs to address community-identified needs.

We declare our commitment to diversity in all of our job advertising; encourage self-declaration of employees; and track self-declaration of all employees
