The President's Advisory Committee on Sustainability (PACS) has among other inititatives: initiated the process for creating a U of R Sustainability Strategic Plan (SSP), assessing our sustainability work using STARS, initiated bringing the Regina Farmer's Market to campus, Sustainability Action and Awareness Month.

The intent of PACS is to support the vision of the Strategic Plan and help guide the University of Regina in ensuring that the best insight, knowledge, leadership and high ethical standards regarding sustainability are brought to decisions around sustainable operations, education, research, performance evaluation and community service.

The Sustainability Coordinator is a half-time position in Facilities Management responsible for supporting and furthering the goals of the President's Advisory Committee on Sustainability and initiating and supporting operational change on campus.
