Our minimum salary grade for full-time workers starts at $27,600, which converts to an hourly rate of $15.16. This is based on a 35-hour work week over 52 weeks. Currently, the lowest paid full-time employee makes $31,000. Thus, the current lowest paid employee is making $17.03 per hour. The current estimated benefits rate is 31.8%. With benefits, that employee’s salary is $40,858. Thus, their hourly wage is $22.45.
Our lowest paid part-time employee makes $20 per hour and works 20 hours per week. The benefits rate is 8.5%. With benefits their hourly wage is $21.70.
