Does campus dining operations provide reusable containers for to-go food that are returned for cleaning and reuse?:
A brief description of the reusable to-go container program:
The EcoClamshell Program provides the participant with a reusable to-go container with their food order. The person is able to bring back their EcoClamshell to be commercially washed while receiving their next to-go order in another reusable EcoClamshell. This eliminates the need for a disposable to-go container.
