A brief description of how sustainability is included prominently in new student orientation:

The Dean for Environmental and Institutional Sustainability and/or the Sustaianbility Coordinator present(s) an overview of sustainability at New Student orientation sessions offered at the start of each semester. During Orientation all students are given a Kankakee Community College Student Planner which contains two pages of information about sustainability on campus: KCC's sustainability vision, campus initiatives, and a link to the website. Another page near the end of the Planner includes an ad for the Sustainability Center.
The only website that mentions orientation is the Course catalog (included below, see page 18; Sustainability as goal of the college is listed on page 21), but it is very general and does not list speakers or content.
